The fourth "Shal u Shapik" festival, held on June 10, 2026, in Zakho, was distinguished by President Masoud Barzani's presence. This festival, which began in 2023, has grown into a nationwide trend, fostering Kurdish identity and culture among youth from all parts of Kurdistan.
